Privacy policy

This policy explains what Best Yellow Cab & Limo LLC does with the information you give us when you request a ride, send us a message, or call the number on this site. It covers every city page on this website. We have written it in plain language, and it describes only what we actually do.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and drive your trip. Depending on which form you use, that is:

• Your name, and the phone number or email address you want us to reply to.
• Trip details: pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, and the type of service you need.
• Anything you type into the notes or message box — commonly a flight number, a child-seat request, or luggage details.
• The city page you submitted from, so we know which of our service areas your enquiry came from.
• Standard technical information your browser sends to our web host, such as IP address and browser type, kept in routine server logs.

We do not take payment through this website. No card number, bank detail or other payment credential is ever entered on or stored by this site. Payment is arranged directly with the chauffeur or dispatch when your ride is confirmed.

Why we use it

To quote your trip, confirm the booking, dispatch a vehicle and chauffeur to the right place at the right time, contact you if the plan changes, and keep the records our accountant and the tax authorities require. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles from your trip details.

Who sees it

• The chauffeur driving your trip, who needs your name, phone number and the addresses involved.
• Our email provider, which carries the message from the website form to our inbox.
• Our web host, which runs the site and keeps the server logs.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to — for example a lawful request from a court or law enforcement.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Calls and messages

When you submit a form you are asking us to get back to you, so we will reply by phone or email using the details you gave. We use your number to run your booking — not to send marketing texts. If we ever introduce SMS confirmations we will ask for your consent first, and every message will carry a way to stop them.

Cookies and third parties

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Two third-party services can set cookies in your browser:

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Completed bookings are kept as long as our accounting and tax obligations require, then deleted. We do not keep your details indefinitely just in case.

Your choices

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries go straight to a private mailbox. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything sensitive — identity documents, card numbers, medical details — through the website forms. We will never ask you to.

Children

This site is meant for adults booking transportation, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do of course carry children as passengers — that is a booking an adult makes, and child seats are free.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
